From Belinda’s efforts a minor was placed in a group home when minor’s PO determined that no other relatives were willing to care for her. The minor was in a very abusive environment and it took a nine-month investigation and trips to court for CPS to take her out of her original home. The story is the same. Mother is an addict in “recoveryâ€, father in prison. Someone made an anonymous call to CPS and that’s when it all started. The minor is much happier in her new place even though it’s still a probation case.
Are these facts? I'm really surprised -- first story I've ever heard of in California of CPS doing anything other than lying to courts to try to support off-kilter recommendations that are in CPS's own interest. I was yelled at and harrassed by a Contra Costa County employee named Nannette Dupree who accused me of a myriad of things I never did -- all because she "felt that way". What a disgusting drain on the government payroll.
Very interesting review. Is this a shill?
