She will not throughly review the case prior to her making her judgement call. Nor ask the defendant his/her side because quite frankly she could care less. I suggest before she makes her hasty decision to send people to jail to plead your side with her and make sure your public defender does their job as well because they are just as hasty. What happened to due process?!
Enjoy your stay with the LA County Jail if you don't take heed. I'm mixed race and homosexual BTW. I know for a FACT that's why she refused to ask me any details that would have prevented my incarceration.
