Escat is what's wrong with the system. She's displays clear favoritism and injects herself into matters as if she's the judge.
I can say from personal experiences that she maintains secret conversations with the parent she favors. Make life miserable for the parent she disfavors, and makes sure her reports reflect her bias. I've got her texting and meeting up with my ex-wife, without any notice to myself.
Finally got her kicked off our case and everything smoothed over. She imposes surcharges not agreed to in the contract, refuses to provide a translator even though the Court rules require it....., and then writes negative reports when you speak to the children in their native tongue.
I advise that for your sake and sake of your kids, both parents move onto to a different provider. Too much to list. And I could give a ZERO rating review, it would still be too much.
