Terrible! Marlena Macri does not respond back to non custodial parent!! Have been waiting to hear back from her for 1month!!!Does not know what she is doing, tells you something completely wrong and when I corrected her and provided her proof she told me she would have to get back to me.... Still waiting!!

Terrible with noncustodial parent! They show me in arrears. My payroll has provided them proof that I am NOT in arrears and the case manager tells me she "just inherited my case and needs to look into it" really!??! Because she, the case manager was included in the email 3weeks ago, so what has she been doing since then to resolve the situation?! Oh that would be NOTHING!
